LIBRARY PATRON AGREEMENT FORM
At the beginning of the school year, each student will be given a Library Patron Agreement form (through Seesaw). Parents and students will read, review, & discuss the form together and then fill out the "Library Patron Agreement" Google Form and submit it. Submitting the Google Form means you agree to follow the rules of the library (in person and virtually).
